- What does Activelead do?
- You send each lead from your site or backend to the ingest API. The service scores risk, records an event with signals, and returns a suggested decision (allowed or blocked). Your account uses prepaid credits: each successful evaluation consumes one credit from your balance.
- What uses credits?
- Each ingest the API successfully processes and stores as an event deducts 1 credit. Validation errors, invalid keys, or insufficient balance do not consume credits for completed evaluations.
- What is included besides the API response?
- A web dashboard, one API key per project, a configurable risk threshold, optional disposable-email blocking, event history, and CSV export. You can also enable outbound webhooks so your stack receives the JSON after each successful evaluation when your plan includes webhooks.
- What do allowed vs. blocked mean?
- They are suggestions from your threshold and rules (for example disposable email). You decide how to use that signal in forms or your CRM. Activelead is a filtering and scoring layer—it does not replace your CRM or guarantee revenue.
- How do billing, credits, and refunds work?
- You buy credit packs with one-time payment (Mercado Pago). Credits are added when the payment is approved and are not refundable once credited to your balance, except where the law requires. Without credits, ingest returns an error until you top up. Published prices are in USD; taxes or provider fees may apply. Invoices are in Billing under your account.
